The Hospitality Committee is responsible for providing coffee and refreshments after the Sunday morning service, INVITING members of the congregation to take a turn in setting up/cleaning up the potlucks on every 4th Sunday of each month as well as coordinating special events. Irene Klaw is the Hospitality Committee's Chairperson and up to 3 committee meetings at the Fellowship per year are needed to set up and divide the "coffee-making turns". Hospitality Committee members make the coffee and arrange the drinks and food each week after the Sunday morning presentation. Fellowship members may sign up for the responsibility for potluck one time a month and/or sign up separately to bring some cake or other goodies for after Sunday morning presentation. Lists are provided by the Hospitality Committee above the Coffee(regular) and just inside the kitchen on the right side.
