The PURPOSE of our religious Fellowship is to bring together individuals of diverse backgrounds and to encourage them in their search for truth. United in the spirit of love, mutual understanding and individual freedom of belief, we seek to extend the boundaries of human awareness as individuals and as a community. All of life is our religion and none of it can be ignored. We practice our religion because it sanctifies the everyday. Our deepest insights are often discovered in the most mundane circumstances, and often in the midst of and in conversation with other people. Fellowship, in our church, is both a great deal of fun and, at the same time, the most serious of activities.

TOGETHER WE:
sing... dance... study...discuss our beliefs and
philosophies... consider death and dying... hold

SHARE OF OURSELVES.

WE BELIEVE:

In the dignity of every human being... In the need for sincere human community... In love and respect as the keys to relationship. In the enjoyment of life and people here on Earth...In the value of all life on this Earth, connected in an interdependent web of existence... In the never ending search for meaning and truth which are both vast and multifaceted... in deeds, not creeds... In the right of every person to a personal set of beliefs about religion... In asking the hard questions about human existence, while accepting that permanent answers are, at best elusive... In the value of all religious traditions, while realizing that no single tradition has all the answers.

We participate in the CHURCH SCHOOL for our children. It is held concurrently with the worship service.

We believe that children grow their religion by reflecting sensitively upon the wide range of experiences which make up their daily lives.

We encourage them to recognize their own worth and that of others; to become aware of the natural and social world in which they live--and their responsibility to it.

We help them to discover their cultural and religious heritage; and we urge them to realize the spiritual dimensions of their own lives.

Classes are open to all visitors who wish to attend.

Our Fellowship is democratic in policy and operation.

Authority and responsibility are vested in the members of the congregation.

We adopt our own bylaws and budget, elect our officers, and trustees and transact all secular business of our Fellowhip. We are also financially self-supporting. Most of the operating funds come from member pledges. Our members are fully responsible for their personal, as well as the community's spiritual growth and development. Every member is encouraged, and expected, to take part in Fellowship activiites. Ours is not a religion for spectators.

If you are looking for a religious community in which to seek spiritual growth...

If you are eager to consider religious questions with others who are not always certain they have the answers...

If you would like the fellowship of others for celebration and worship, discussion and education, friendship and mutual support...

If you want your children to be helped to develop their own religious beliefs...

If you wish to preserve and extend the tradition of personal freedom and human dignity...
